About me
I'm Holly

Hi there! I'm Holly, art lover, giggler, wedding enthusiast and confidence booster to the stars (that's you by the way). My journey into makeup artistry and hair styling was perhaps not a conventional one. A lot of artists will say "I've always loved makeup!" or "I've played with hair since I was little" this wasn't the case for me. I don't think I even wore makeup until I was 15 and didn't pick up a pair of straightners to tame my frizzy teenage mass until I was about 17. I don’t “do” hair and makeup because I’m obsessed with hair and makeup products (although I do love my tools!), I do it because of what I can create by using them. It taps into my love of art and colour, where your lovely face is my canvas.
Since focusing full time on weddings, it's become apparent how much I love my job. Being able to use my creative skills, my compassion and my love for making other people feel amazing is the best feeling in the world. It's so much more than a job to me.
With me you don't have to watch the clock. This is your opportunity to completely focus on yourself. Your time to allow yourself to be obsessed with your reflection. How often do you get to do that? Guilt free! Your time with me will be full of fun and laughter, but ultimately a relaxing and pampering experience.
I have always enjoyed topping up my skills over the years as I feel it is essential to stay up to date with current trends and styles. It is so important to showcase yourself in the best way. By doing this I am always able to create fresh, timeless, classic looks with a modern twist. I use top quality products tried and tested by other artists so I get the best, honest reviews. Knowing that what I use really works and lasts.
To say I spend my days indulging in my creative passion, while making my brides feel so confident and comfortable with themselves and their wedding look is addictive and I wouldn't change it for the world.
"Lipstick is really magical. It holds more than a waxy bit of colour - it holds the promise of a brilliant smile, a brilliant day, both literally and figuratively" - Robert Gately
